wheels 543
Not my kind of thing and that has nothing to do with it being motor powered. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded
Megwyn 2
Hmm - I can see it's appeal, but not my kind of thing either. I don't know really - is it too boxy? Doesn't look very aerodynamic.

Megwyn 2
Well, we agree on that - but WHY is it ugly Ogre?
Guest
Straight lines everywhere, the most aethetically pleasing line (to most humans) is a curve with a constantly changing radius.
Megwyn 2
So, to 'most humans' you mean men? Women like a nice straight line . . . . Look at the new Prada boat - nice straight lines, with a few curves thrown in - incredibly sexy - and the video with it! Ahh - those sexy accents just add to the allure . . .. Megwyn 2
A picture paints a thousand words. Anyway - back to topic - seeing as it is to 'most human' non aesthetically pleasing, do you think her name is appropriate?

Megwyn 2
If you look closely I'm sure thats the Hen by her foot. Can't comment - never seen the Hen - but I thought it has chickens? So where are they?

Grinna 2
So Squid, you're saying that this painting depicts Venus being born in Bream Bay somewhere just north of Cape Rodney? Hmmmmm. As for that "vessel" I think the major problem I have with it is that it looks like a building .... not a boat at all. I think maybe the designer had just got a brand new ruler and was determined to try to wear it out with this design.
Megwyn 2
Yes! What I thought - the stern looks square. Looks more like an architectural statement than a vessel.
Guest
Just looked at it again, changed my opinion from ugly to f***ing ugly. And what I don't get is what some french painter from the 1800's was doing up around Cape Rodney.
wheels 543
A House is just a Boat that isn't built good enough. I see there is a Garden shed plonked on top of this Boat. So it could be slightly worrying.
