Guest Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 It's just polystyrene stuck together with little blobs of gorilla glue. Skin will be 2 layers of boat cloth with carbon reinforcing on the bow/cockpit. All the foam profiles were cnc cut by I can't remember who Link to post Share on other sites
