They get their heads knocked off first when the blame is looked for. Personally and I say this as an Armchair Admiral, I think many mistakes were made, but I think it was more a general team attitude, rather than just one individual. And I guess that starts right at the very top with GD. Don't get me wrong, I am not calling for his Head, as I also think there is no better person to lead the Team. But we really did seem to lose some "aggression" at the end and if the Rumor's were true(would rather not discuss) then GD had his attention elsewhere and that would very much make sense of the situation toward the end. Doesn't matter really Ogre. he is wildly published, read by many and is only echoing what many others have already said.
