Fogg 427
Agree, the downwind is going to be v interesting now. Upwind it seems to be clearly BWM ahead even in the light.... but downwind could turn the tables?
Mothership 6
We're getting high quality feed from americascup.com over our Slingshot connection with no issues. Cached from Akamai which have servers on Slingshot's network, so the same as serving it up locally. bmworacleracing.com feed seems to be of similar quality, also no issues with streaming at the mo. The other good thing is Slingshot have free off peak data, so no worries about data caps. Quality is quite reasonable at full HD (1920x1200px) resolution.

Fogg 427
Don't you love it how these guys are explaining everything in layman's terms e.g. what a layline is. As if anyone sitting up watching sailing at 3.30am wouldn't know what a layline is!
DrWatson 381
AC, isn't the layline connected to your previous comment?
Megwyn 2
15:24 Alinghi tack but so far no response from USA. Alinghi's speed only dropped to 10 knots through the tack and they looked pretty slick. USA tacks now. 15:31 So USA lead now by 730 metres and as the breeze decreases we see Alinghi shedding some water ballast. Breeze at the weather mark is around seven knots at 165 degrees.
