Black Panther 1,592
It's a bummer for us. We actually have a reason to get to the med and this makes it somewhat problematic. Maybe round the cape to the Caribbean and fly from there?
darkside 61
It's a real shame that it is so dangerous to take your own boat now. Those are the places of a circumnavigation that you will probably never bother to go on a jet. Anyone else you know got a t-shirt from Eritrea? But most of all apart from some head winds on the Red Sea stretch a great area to cruise. The reefs are more or less untouched and a lot of history as already mentioned. 1paulg 17
Having lived in the upper part of the Red Sea in the Sinai as a dive master for 18 months I feel it is such a shame that one of the most interesting but challenging places is basically a no go zone . As a dive destination the Red Sea is right among the very top destinations .
