Although so close it's likely that turquoise had to take evasive action (head up - see the kink in the wake where the RIB is) and might protest orange? But still too busy making sure they don't nail 05 to be flying their flag just yet. Although as Puff says, 05 prob clearing (so long as same or greater boat speed as turquoise.)
