ricka 3
Has anyone used 30 Seconds on Sunbrella covers to remove mould before rewaterproofing?
Vorpal Blade 89
Its fine to use on sunbrella, dont leave it on too long and make sure you rinse it off. The black spots take a bit of scrubbing with a hard brush but they can be dealt to with a bit of effort. Before you re-proof it investigate whether it needs to be restitched as the thread dies from UV exposure long before the fabric begins to deteriorate. The easy test is to put the tip of a car key, nail or similar object underneath one of the sewn threads on the outside and if that thread breaks easily have it redone. Vorpal Blade 89
These are what I use for those jobs.. a proprietary Sunbrella cleaner. and this stuff is the same waterproofing that the basic fabric is treated with from new
