Does anyone have listings for when the VOR is covered on TV? Apparently TVNZ are covering it but so far it looks like the 'episodes' are only available to view online...

don't want a land line, last time I tried, had to have one to get internet.

Should try and investigate again.

but no huge loss, have too much other stuff to do like fix boats and the house anyway...

When I last looked, naked broadband was no cheaper, you just didn't get a phone as well. Was rediculous.

But that was 18 months ago, I'm sure it is worth hunting around again.

So far there has been 2 episodes on tv, the harbour drift/race attempt and the leg 1 start, both were on sunday afternoons. Im not sure if this is because both those events happened over our saturday night, or if thats when they have a spot to broadcast it. Ive seen somewhere a schedule on the TVNZ website, so keep looking and im sure you will find something

On tv1 ( I think ) at the following times;

Sunday 4th Dec. at 1500

Sunday 11th Dec. at 1500

Monday 12th Dec. at 2300

Sunday 1st Jan. at 1430

And that will probably all they show...

If you drop me of some 8mm I will film it for you so you can play it on your projector :lol:

Unless you have upgraded to a VHS or BETA, we may be able to do something.
