Anyone on crew.org have any info? Interested as I was reading the Oceans Alone / Sayer book and there was a note that Wavecajin was in the Two-handed around NZ race and I'm curious how it went. Nate 2 Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 I had Wavecajin between Peter and Craig. Cool little boat, very fast downhill and in the light. Acted her length upwind in a breeze though. Had some great summers on barrier before children. 4.5 hours from Fitzroy to the Navy Base before a frontal system under spinnaker with a dinghy on the bow, dog asleep on the cockpit floor and bikini clad wife sunbathing on the transom. Peter did a lot of short handed racing in her, including the round NZ. Pretty sure that was before the mods (bigger rig and deeper keel). Link to post Share on other sites
