Anybody recognise this craft? Note the lattice-structured masts. Has been parked since (at least) yesterday on my mooring, nobody on board.

According to better half, this is the second time in the last few months... is only a matter of bad luck weather-wise have not sailed own ship home to find have nowhere to park, grrrgh.

Yep, time to turn the NRC's constructive interest in moorings and their occupiers to your advantage.

Went back out on the water this afternoon to chat with the gent that owns the adjacent, downstream mooring. Apparently they've been there since Tuesday... and have swanned off somewhere.

OK - drama over, the owner responded to the note I left on the deck. Apparently on the first occasion he was sheltering from that weather bomb... and local ignorant taxi driver said something about "public moorings" or somesuch. He did at least offer to pay.

And yes it is indeed Barrycourt.
