HMS-Bounty A very experienced delivery skipper I know questioned the decision to leave in front of Sandy last friday and has been monitoring it since. Unfortunately he has proven to be spot on. Guest
Yep, that qualifies as sunk - very sad.
AJ Oliver 154
I toured her not long ago. She was built for the (1962 or so) Marlon Brando version of "Mutiny", one third larger than the original to permit filming - esp below decks. She was generally well maintained, and operated in a professional manner. Legend has it that she was supposed to be burnt at the end of the film, but Brando saved her by threatening to walk off the set unless she was preserved for posterity. May she rest in peace, and her crew always sail in fair winds . . . PAX
