We are sailing up hopefully on friday, and she is driving up on Monday arvo to join us til the 7th. Hopeing somewhere around Paihia or Opua for ease of pickup. Any thoughts? Hoping for something on the Paihia side to avoid having to ferry etc. But beggers cant be choosers Thanks! It is just too easy to figure out that the owner has jumped on a boat and are likely to be away and blissfully unaware for days. Not sure of the current situation but I remember a post here that someone had stuff stolen out of a ute parked there last year. Wouldn't be a hell of a lot more confident about Paihia either - anywhere that involves tourists and unattended vehicles is going to attract the lowlifes. Paihia is one of the holiday locations that gets extra police staff each year but even so... Link to post Share on other sites
