Marshy 30
The awesome Auckland Regatta is on again this year! With support from Jack Tar - Advert off the RNZYS and BBYC Facebook page. Hopefully we can get some good fleets this year - There seems to be some interest from the Y88's, 930's and the multi's already. - Hopefully we can follow on from Bay week and have the 40 and 50 footers going hard again! There are a few more 52's to make things interesting this year! Who else is coming?
Clive 13
It's our Open and 8.5 Nationals for the Multihull fleet. Beach party is on as well so it should be a good one!
otto 31
Keep looking for what's happening but no info. The race on Friday, is this part of the series ? Lead to believe it will now start late in the afternoon. Beach party, heard rumors about that to Be good if we could just have what is planned even if the notice of race isn't out yet so as we can plan
Clive 13
I am pretty sure it's a possible Friday evening harbour race and then 2 days of racing with the beach party on Mouthie on the Saturday. The Friday evening race may just be a practice race.and not count for points. Mouthie has been booked so that's a go now.
Marshy 30
Yeah the final planning is just being done now so a schedule of events should hopefully be out in the next week. Sorry about the delay! - Been a busy few months for yacht clubs!

johnMi 2
Maybe we should set the Handicaps for the 8.5s early, so discussion and alterations can be made before the 1st race, AND THEN DON'T CHANGE THEM.
Clive 13
We did that last year and it seemed to work well.

Y88 Association 8
The 88's are definitely in and we are "herding the kittens" via social media https://www.facebook.com/YoungEightyEight, email and phone to make sure we keep the one design numbers up. Sounds like the 930s might once again challenge for fleet size bragging rights We refer our lot to the regatta web site for info http://www.aucklandregatta.co.nz/
Chill Pill 1
Just looking at the possibility of entering the regatta. Is Division B a typo? 0.82 - 0.999? That is a massive spread.
