You don't want to drill holes in frames, as it weakens them, the floors should be attached well to the frames. If drilling holes through the frame weakens the frame, why not make the frame bigger to cope with the hole being drilled through later?

Explorer doesn't like the home page at the moment but I found it eventually How does it compare with other cat rigged boats on the market ? Sail Area ? Weight ? Is there a trapeze and gennaker option ? Cost ? Looks pretty good for fat buggers like myself, although the top rudder mount will get in the way when climbing in over the transom.
