  1. there is an old Hartly16 at Great Point that has sat untouched for 10+years, the developers want it gone ASAP and no-one knows anything about it Hull must be water tight because the cabin is almost full of water, a couple of small patches of rot on the back of the cabin top and cockpit coaming otherwise hull/deck seems remarkably good. trailer steel seem pretty good, wheels and bearings are probably shot If you are interested act fast email john.tattersall@gw.govt.nz to get contact details for developers, if a home not found will be off tip.
  2. isn't that what used to happen? If you didn't get a WOF at one garage you could try another and might pass?
  3. SAR assets can be tasked by either Police or RCCNZ, depends on if it's a Class 1 or 2 search. Can't remember all the details of which is which and what the triggers are. Think basically if it's offshore or mass casualties it's RCCNZ otherwise Police
  4. +1 also like Blokes of a feather
  5. correct, they added more generating capacity, i think part of the reason was so that the generators providing power to the shaft motors don't have to provide power to the other parts of the ship as well.
  6. i would suggest that you leave out the word effluent if you want to tell people that you are discharging it, call it over flow from a water purifier, as soon as you use the "ef" word you might as well have said sh*t
