erice 732 Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 On completion of sailing, the engine, fuel tank, mast and all fittings, sails etc will be removed, air bags fitted in the main hull and pontoons and the vessel overturned on a beach near Tutukak. Actually she looks identical to the boat that came ashore by Ngapipi road about 1987 -89 and was patched up on the hardstand at Okahu Bay over a couple of years, though she was glass not ply - but ended up with new floats amas? I see the asking price has gone up by 4 k already, looks a lot like rose noelle, just paint it yellow .I just been looking at the book and i think I could play the main part. I was there!! Okahu bay was our home( haulout) for a month or so every year for 20 odd years. Hell , if I had a dollar for every boat I saw that was wrecked on that sea wall I could probably buy a bottle of cheap rum. or at least gin. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
