wheels 543 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 This afternoon in the Manakau, a small ally Dingy overturned. from the report I heard, 8 people in the thing and it looks like no lifejackets. Sounds like two have drowned. The news was rather sketchy, but from the sounds, the Kids can't have been able to swim and some of the Kids were really little. From one of the news articles (no saying its right) it sounds like it was one adult and four kids in the boat. I've heard one was three years old, don't know about the others. I wouldn't be comfortable with that many small kids in a dinghy on my own. No mention made of life jackets, that usually means there weren't any.... Link to post Share on other sites
