Murky 1
Interesting that they see the KZ7 brand having enough nostalgia value this far down the track to be worth featuring. I would have wondered if the people who remember are the people on this site and not a lot of others. Don't remember anything looking like that at the time - it was the 80s, lots of Canterbury [manufacturer rather the province] rugby jerseys, the ruggeds pants with the side zips and knee patches white PVC wet weather gear and sleeveless vests. Them were the days...
smitty 4
Definitely not the original design, as a kid I had the "glass is class" KZ7 t shirt, there was another tongue in cheek one which referred to a "core sample" but can't remember exactly what it said.
Kiteroa 8
I has a fluro pink and blue one 'Plastic Fantastic' when I was about 5 years old. Went well with my flannel stubbies and floppy hat.

Absolution 7
I have a well used KZ-7 towel from the era... and of course about 2/3rd of the promotional BNZ kite off KZ-7 but that only comes out for special occasions. I had a photo around here somewhere....
