Clipper 343
I'm keen to take voom aound, but only if there is a few other mulits doing it. Last year we had a dozen or so, but this year it clashes with Te Kouma Race, and route 66 I'm yet to enter, but will if some others indicate they have or will.

Guest
whio doing it if there is 4 or more 8.5's. It is a great race -it'd be a shame if we didnt get a decent number of boats. Especially as it an officially endorsed race by the NZMYC Race Committee and part of the "big four"

Delacruz 1
And to think that the Multihull Yacht Club use to go close to winning the prize for the club with the most boats entered. We hope theres more starters joining us to keep the Tradition of this great race alive.

Guest
We will do the Te Kouma race on Charleston to continue the comms cup if by some miracle the new dagger board is finished in time. Sounds like a good fleet on the water split over 2 courses that are both perfect for a multi day out.
Nate 2
We are hoping to do it in XL - few things to organise first. Where is the best place to find out what races who is doing? Aside from here obviously. The events calender on the MYC website seems to be a bit out of date. Can anyone give me an idea of what racing (apart from mid-week) the open fleet in particular will be gathering for? We are a bit out of touch.
Clipper 343
voom has decided to do it.
Guest
... The events calender on the MYC website seems to be a bit out of date. . ...(the website is a little un intuitive -but this is being worked on): see here, this is the official race calendar for the NZMYC for 2010-2012; http://www.multihull.org.nz/racing-info ... e-1053.htm or contact the race secretary also on the website; Race Secretary Steve Gilmour 021 500 571 steve@category1marine.co.nz Crew is probably the best place to find out who is racing what
