benny14 6
How about about Mad Max? She's still pounding around the cans in Vancouver. Sure is, cool looking boat, raced against her a few times over the last year...

Rangi1 51
. Race results are a major factor in our selection, but not essentual, we selected Starlight Express in our Top 10 just because we think she is a dam cool boat, a legend on the Hauraki Gulf. Starlight won her division in the Sydney to Hobart if I'm not mistaken - she's a worthy entrant.
John B 106
Might have missed it but there was this one ole boat called Ranger that ruled NZ (or at least Auckland) keel yachting from 1938 through to the sixties when Fidelis and Infidel came along . And later Innismara. Hard pressed to get a boat that stayed at the top of the game for 20 or 25 years nowdays eh.

Guest Ketchup
What about a boat called express crusader? Sailed by a kiwi lass and the first lass to sail around the world solo... Can you name her?
John B 106
Was top of my list I just knew it would be there , but a little bit of reinforcement doesn't hurt eh. Plus I'm in boat mode , got off it at about 5 or 6 last night and quite frankly , I do not understand why I'm in this place with doors windows and walls looking at a computer screen.
