Hard to know if it was perfectly planned anbd steered, or a complete fluke it didn't broach a little harder into the hard stuff. Ummm, why was someone standing on the bow?? The waves push you away from the channel and you need to really gun the motor to stay ahead of the surf. Have seen a few guys end up against the breakwater cause their motor stalled or just did not have enough power Link to post Share on other sites

So its looking a lot like a giant misreading of the conditions to me, and although the skipper obviously has good skills, a hell of a lot of good luck is also there .
