waikiore 484
This was broadcast about 15 years ago , mainly month by month or if you feel like donating large to Eke Panuku's coffers a lease can be purchased $$$$$$$$$
motorb 44
If it was going to be good news they would have told us by now. Expect the worst; Auckland Council has no interest in "subsidising" auckland boaties and demands the maximum financial return. Just be thankful they haven't figured out how to sell it to a property developer.... yet.

Cameron 96
Just got the email from Westhaven... marina fees going up another 2%... at least its less than the normal 8-9% annual increase
waikiore 484
I got 3%, maybe we should all sell and just take shares in the MRX fleet, apart from cruising they do provide good sailing.
waikiore 484
Sorry actually 4%, might have to follow Priscillas lead

CarpeDiem 529
If a decision is made it's being kept a good secret. Given council is notoriously bad at keeping sectets I would say that means no decision... I was pleasantly surprised to be notified Friday that we won't see a rent increase for 2025/26 definitely wasn't expecting that!
