bigal.nz 65
Does anyone know why I can't see any markers for the entrance to the Pine Harbour marina - it doesnt even really show the channel? Nearby Shelly Park is there however?
Screwball 8
Seems like it's never been surveyed for whatever reason. Neither Navionics nor the LINZ 'paper' charts show it, though the LINZ charts at least have a note.
CarpeDiem 563
That is kind of weird.... The text on the "paper" chart does not show up on the LINZ s63 vector charts - which is kind of strange, as the paper charts are supposedly from the s63 charts. And the s63 charts I have in OpenCPN do not show the channel, neither does Navionics... Meanwhile this is CMAP....Which is also generated from the s63 maps.... so where CMAP get this from I have no idea.
motorb 56
My "paper" charts seem to show it....

Don't use that very often. they are quite old, which leads me too... My Orca Maps was showing them and then they disappeared, like each time I zoomed in they were there and then they were gone, it's like the chart has been updated, they have been removed and the latest version doesn't have them... Steve 61
The bottom leading light broke a few years ago and has never been fixed. Makes it tricky with such a narrow and shallow channel. Pine Harbour management are a bit deaf to the problem.
alibaba 85
Pine Harbour management a bit deaf to the problem... gosh, who owns Pine Harbour? I wonder
Steve 61
Actually it’s probably worth having a chat with the harbour master.
