Why do a 8 knot speed restriction around Cullen Pt all thru to the marina, when there wouldnt be much , if any, that is not within 200m of the shore.? Surely should therefore be a 5 knot max.? Including a couple of wicked blind bends. Can the HM do a change like that without rescinding something?
