Cat 3 + 1.3 The YNZ Safety Regulations Part 2, Category 3 plus the following will apply for all Monohull boats: 1.3.1 30% of crew must have current Advanced Sea Survival training All yachts must carry the following additional equipment extra to Category 3: 1.3.2 Danbuoy and light 1.3.3 Liferaft in service 1.3.4 All boats must carry a Storm Jib and Trysail. 1.3.5 Satellite Phone or SSB with NZ Maritime Frequencies Link to post Share on other sites
