Jon 360
How are the division splits worked? its a "Dark Art" if I told you I'd have to kill you or maybe I just make them up as I go along ? The thing to note is the major trophies are by division not overall
markm 30
KM, scored using base passage PHRF. SSANZ gave themselves the option to move the division boundaries to fit actual entries into 'sensible' groups, but by the looks, boundaries are : 910 and above, div 1 865 to 909, div 2 790 - 864, div 3 under 790 div 4 Think they did a pretty good job with the groupings. Clipper 343
the grouping look pretty fair to me. evenish numbers in each div as well. Nice work dark arts master.

Jon 360
the grouping look pretty fair to me. evenish numbers in each div as well. Nice work dark arts master. Previously the range of the divisions was fixed but unfortunately we don't know who will enter at this point, which lead to only 3 yachts in div 1 last time. Two of them turbo and one naturally aspirated So this time we have gone for Div 1, top fuel Div 2, fast 40 somethings Div 3, 35 or close enough family frighteners Div 4, classic Kiwis There are a couple there that we had to fit as best we could but the goal was to get even competition within divisions as close as possible so anyone can win there division if they sail well enough plus with 4 legs in different conditions the best sailed Yacht just seems to rise to the top for some lucky reason. El Toro 97
I think you've done a good job with the splits Jon...They seem pretty fair and reasonable to me
