  1. A lack of policing will lead to vigilante justice. When law abiding people don’t have faith that the laws will be policed and enforced, they eventually take matters into their own hands. They result is rarely good. And at the end the police make a daft statement saying something like “let the proper authorities deal with it”... but they never friggin do!!!

  2. Anchored in Issy Bay Monday and suddenly rocked so that anything upright inside fell over. Then a bit later the same fizzboat came as close as 10 metres to my anchored boat doing the same again with the same consequences but I managed a quick couple of photos. Also indicated 5 knots to no avail. This happens all the time I know. Boat was called EXESS a Buccaneer with large Yamaha outboard. Complete TOSSER!!!!

  3. I found that going out on deck with a phone and pretending to video seemed to modify behaviour. Apparently randomly shooting ignorant twats is frowned on, which is a pity as it would solve some problems. Licensing is the knee-jerk response and I don't think it would work. My suggestion is that when a jet-ski changes hands, new owner needs to sign a declaration that they know the rules and will be responsible for monitoring compliance. Then at least there would be an avenue for civil action rather than expecting non-existent harbourmasters to enforce the rules. A few high-profile flogg

  5. How many times have you seen powerboats doing 10 to 20 knots into ramps or channels, 50 times this year alone so far? I have. The guy in the dinghy lost his rag over fizz boat wankers who just haven't happened to have killed anyone yet ,so they think they're sweet.

  6. You cant tell me there isnt more to it than the video - those two know each other because the lady is caught saying "He lives over there" - and she was pretty bloody quick to jump to names and swing the oar at his direction. Meanwhile the guy holding the boat isnt stepping in or saying anything. Im claiming there is an old arguement at play there too. and its not the first altercation.
