    Guess s8ngle handed sailing is no more Crew Experience You need at least one other person who has experience or a Yachtmaster certificate (either RYA or IYT) coastal or offshore

    Olympic sailing doesn't feature on crew very often but a friend tells me there is some upheaval happening there as well. We are about to send the weakest team in decades, unlikely to get one medal and there goes all the funding. Meanwhile the sport has shriveled at the grassroots level and not looking likely to recover anytime soon. Good time not to be an official at YNZ.

    When an electric boat sinks? Can you get electrocuted? My first thought is no, The battery will short between the terminals in salt water, fizz bang pop no battery. Experts?
