Sailing Away 0
I need to launch my trailer sailer single handed on the Waitemata. Looking for a place I can launch, tie up while I park the car and then set off. Any recommendations? I'm fairly central in Auckland so closer to CBD is better. Black Panther 705
Or join weiti boating club. Own ramp and mast up storage. That would make up for the travelling time.
kiwi_jon 15
Half Moon Bay public boat ramp. Does get hellishly busy and car/trailer parking can be at a premium if you are not early.

All tide, all weather with designated trailer parking (five slots) and 300m of roadside parking. No charge to use the ramp NICE SNAP BLACK NICKEL - NSBN-X . Ramp can be tricky, especially at high tide, when there is little room to manoeuvre a trailer. Nice add for snap swivels mate !
