A nice variety of guesses, I won't take up the bottle of rum bet. The crew.orgers are collectively very knowledgeable. Do you notice the bow has a crash box area as the owner is a multi sailor that puts it there on the start line!!

You could say that most of the project is being recycled, even the carbon dust and fibres are vacuumed up, using a special fibre alignment matrix, added to a special West System (via Grant Beck) compound that will be machined to suit block mounts etc. :wink:

FnG, was Willow correct or are you just talented? Maybe a detective after hours?

It is amazing to believe that when it was first built it was around 1400-1500 kgs dry weight (10 m + length)

Shouldn't be too much heavier with the finished product, also.
