Have you looked at carbon tube material.....like a lay flat hose, I can remember buying some from Hi Modules many years ago.

What a coincident, I have just blown 10 year old dust of my 2 IOM's and all the radio gear to put them back on the water, might be need some new batteries for the tx & rx's Further under the dust are couple of NS600 and a F100.

I can remember one year when Windward Passage had her spinnaker wrapped around around the mast and spreaders by holding on to it a bit to long and Kialoa got big jump on her by changing to a #3 early. Another year when delivering a boat we where got in one, but the 2 old hands told the newbies to drop the sails lash the tiller and come down below for a rum or two, they could not understand while we would do that, after sailing along in a nice northerly and then bang 40 knts ????? in the other direction.

Back in the 90's when I was involved with Wakatere (commodore), one of the rubber ducks was stolen from a break in. I kept looking in the herald "boats for sale" guest what there was a identical boat for sale. A quick drive pass a yard out west, that was the boat as it had two big duck drainers on the stern, down to the police station filled out the paper work and took the boat back. The police followed up to a place on the shore and found a lot more gear.
