I noticed in the NoR's 16. INSURANCE 16.1 It is recommended that each participating boat should be insured with valid marine third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of $1,000,000 per incident or the equivalent. 16.2 Support boats if they wish to enter the marina MUST have insurance as described in 16.1 and a Certificate of insurance is to be presented at registration. A bit overboard for a 7 footer?

Each club should be covered by the PLcover the YNZ has. We have just gone the PL in radio sailing with the NZRYA covering the clubs and their members.

Crickey we have that problem with radio controlled yachts.

In the video the sides move out for more space in the cockpit.........great idea for racing boats for getting the crew weight out.
