ex Elly 258
I saw this on One News last night. Can't find the video link. The boat has been at Core Builders in Warkworth for the last 3 years. They have a facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Magic-Bus-367225536794411/ Here is a report from Martin Tasker when the boat arrived:

MuzzaB 14
For those not old enough to remember - that is pretty much bang-on the original colour. Fantastic to see.
GregW 28
As a then 15 year old sailing junkie I remember having a look over the Bus at the 1976 1/4 Ton NZ champs run by PYBC. It made a huge impression - a real race boat with no pretence at anything else and made everything else seem old fashioned. If you look at the film clip there is only 10 years (and two rating rules) between Rainbow II and MB. .
Deep Purple 530
I see they aren’t going back to the original “hatchway”
armchairadmiral 411
Where's Murray the 'Bus' driver these days ?
waikiore 477
Quite a few of us attended, hopefully get a video of it to Murray who is overseas, Steve Trevurza attended all the way from Aussie, and the whole thing is a credit to Dave for pulling it together and finishing her to such a high and original standard.
