Good to hear team wheels is doing well ! Tomorrow is looking much nicer, sea will be ruff but thats were full keel and heavy displacement will be an advantage

Look carefully at the motor picture, House hold plumbing fitting, cable ties holding pipes. Not deal breakers but should be replaced before doing a "big" trip. I would suspect it would need a bit done to it before I would do any costal passages, but if it can be got for the right price it could be a good boat?

It almost complies with NZ light trailer laws. 40 mm over I am shore you would be able to get an exemption https://www.nzta.govt.nz/vehicles/vehicle-types/vehicle-classes-and-standards/vehicle-dimensions-and-mass/light-trailers/ Would it fit on an Etchell Trailer? It could be a cheap option

I'm no expert but I would have thought copper would have been the most durable, I would have thought SS would 'work harden' with heat cycles and water hammer

You don't want to drill holes in frames, as it weakens them, the floors should be attached well to the frames. -

No compression damage to the back of the keel, no tearing at the front, only tearing on the side looks to me like it "fell off" rather than collision -
