Getting seriously off topic here, but.... Do you have body corp on top of the $2.5K IT? And does anyone know what the price increases at w/h are going to be?

I looked again last night and the cheapest at the moment was $860K with a 12m berth (3br). 13m berth and 3 br was close to a mil, and for $1.35 and 4br you get a 16m berth. Not exactly small change but the convenience factor is well up there. What are the leaky building issues like? Didn't part of the area up get renamed from Oyster cover to Moisture cove a few years back?

I'm sure there are plenty of 14m+ berths that are a 'business expense', imagine they'll be the up there with the least concerned.

General question - Say you ended up as this guy in that situation, what would you do? My first thought was to set up some sort of a drogue to keep the bow into the wind. Would you leave the anchor out (say hanging down 50' or so, or more?). Or would it be better with just something tied on the end of the warp? On a yacht you'd have plenty of spare sheets to use but a launch probably not so much.

How do you reckon they'd go as a cruising boat B00B00? Were the folks you raced with spending months away on their one?

Am I the only one that has been pogo dreaming since puff put these photo's up? (or more accurately restarted dreaming...) I was looking at some vids y.day and saw one saying that a new 36' is 235K Euro ($400K nz). That's quite a wack of cash even if lotto came your way it seems a hell of a chunk of cash, esp when you look at what else you could get for that kind of money. Or is that figure wrong? But, then, they are such a cool machine!
