Don't distract him you lot, he's busy get his sh*t together. Given the slightest opportunity he will think of a modification to an enhancement he's already enhanced five times, and the only water any of the enhancements will see is from the rain coming through the hole in the shed from that storm three weeks ago (was it three weeks, can't be three weeks, the power is still off...)

Normal entries close 1830 today, however late entries will be accepted until 1830 Sunday but cost an extra $50

Attitude's mast is horizontal at the moment for a rigging refresh (and also waiting for a new main), however i'll be helping out on the Lady Gaga

The following six yachts off on a 450nm sail through the Hauraki Gulf, down through the Bay of Plenty then up to Northland to then finish at Great Barrier
Starting 1300hrs Wednesday
Looking like finishing Friday evening through to Saturday morning
Nice mix of 30 to 40 footers
Coppelia Farr 11.6
Gale Force Elliott 1050
Krakatoa Pogo 40
Pepe Ross 930
Power play Cookson 39
Truxton Tiller 35

The other 29 start Friday 1730hrs for a nights sail to Barrier

Samin and I have just loaded all the non perishable food aboard the Gale Force, just some kites to wool, the bottom to clean and shes good to go.  

 

Nice close fleet in terms of performance. Some will go well in the light, some in the heavy.  Looks like a very light first 24 hours, and then slowly building, so all boats should get their sweet spot at some point.

 

I'm excited!
