Weber BBQ overboard

Recommended Posts

Wife went down to yacht today at Bayswater to check lines, found our Weber BBQ had gone for a walk overboard and is at the bottom of marina.

I'm out of town at the moment does anyone know a diver who we could pay to go fetch it or is the general opinion be that it's toast?  It has probably been on the bottom for a few days.

Cheers

Yeah had to put new cockpit speakers in the 88 after my wife dropped her car keys in the marina, easiest quickest magnet i could think of was a cockpit speaker - they are water resistant not water proof fyi - made them old pretty quick haha

yeah but I was thinking you might snag it on the barbe :)

Call me a dumb arse butI didn't know s/s was non magnetic. U learn something every day..

Not all SS is non-magnetic. Ferritic SS is magnetic. However, common 304 and 316 are austenitic, and not magnetic.
