Priscilla II 392
Crikey she is a whopper. https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/boats-marine/yachts/keeler/auction-1861464845.htm?rsqid=36e27f7444d0464ba29a6639b53a5346
khayyam 68
wow. seeing her craned off the ship is quite a sight.
Adrianp 120
I've gone past her a few times in the marina and she looks like a Open 60 that got stretched in length and shrunk in width....
Fish 0
I thought $990,000 was fairly cheap for a two year old boat of that spec, until I read the fine print (US dollars). And is that a wooden pram dinghy on the foredeck in one of those photos? doesn't seem to fit with the spec and look of the rest of it. Maybe its a carbon pram dinghy? philstar 61
Hey I saw the ship she got offloaded from come into Auckland Friday a week ago when we were taking freedom upto Gulf harbour. It had loads of yachts and cats onboard. I wonder where it came from. In terms of the whoppa pretty skinny and low volume. I'd rather have a 45 foot Outreamer for that kind of money. Priscilla II 392
Some serious inlay work on the saloon table. I like her kind of thin and quirky like a Mac 65 on steroids.
southernman 73
She has an interesting story this boat. She was built a lot lot earlier and sat in Nelson Marina for many many years, 'launched'. Was bought for a bargain and fitted out and rebuilt. Mast put on etc etc.
Ex Machina 366
yeah remeber now it now the trade me ad showed a guy tootling around inside the boulder bank with no rig and a massive wheel
Priscilla II 392
The polite term is unique or individual. Polar opposite to the latest factory offerings. The bigger the boat the bigger the story.
Dtwo 157
I'm interested in the vertical windows in the hull. I guess they must have some sort of exemption for Cat 1? Thinking about storm coverings for ports and windows above deck level.
tuffyluffy 76
Is it just me or does the mast look a tad short and stumpy for a boat that size?
khayyam 68
Is it just me or does the mast look a tad short and stumpy for a boat that size? yeah interesting. slightly shorter than the waterline? i guess the scaling might be a bit off from smaller boats, given you want the draft to be reasonable. waikiore 399
I looked at her in Nelson left floating and unloved in 1995 , she was brought up to Tauranga in recent times and transformed into what you see -last I heard was near the owners property in Fiji
southernman 73
The windows were cut into the hull in Nelson, the rig is quite short for this sized yacht.
