brendong 5
looks like Cool Change have pulled the pin and heading back to Gisborne, must have been very uncomfortable for them out there, 20+ knot Nor-East, East Cape is not a nice place to be

ScottiE 174
Yeh - "unpleasant"! Well done to Booboo and Josh who will have crossed by now. Saw their nav lights on the way home on the bus from The Pixies gig tonight. I miss Kim but Paz will do me. Should have let her sing Gigantic though as well as into the white! ballystick 79
Looking at the tracker, there may be a problem out in the Bay of Plenty. It looks like Oracle is going to Arbitare? Anyone know what;s going on?
Deep Purple 530
If you play the tracker you can see they both got a massive header Wind has just gone from North East to West at Slipper and Merc
raz88 97
just noticed an update from Vela Via on facebook that they've suspended racing to "find a bay and find where the water is getting in the boat from". They go on to say they're expecting to be racing again in a few hours. Apparently they've been having 50+ knots on the nose, which doesn't sound like fun at all. eighty8 1
Watching he Guarantee on Stb now very powered up in the NW approaching Oneroa with one tuck & a blade looking very composed
raz88 97
looks like Vela Via are underway again. Guarantee and spearhead both approaching north head at the 18.30 tracker update. Spearhead ahead but the guarantee has been steadily gaining on them.
ex Elly 265
Looks like Guarantee took the scenic route alongside Waiheke, allowing Spearhead to get past. Oracle and Arbitare having a close race out there. Nowcasting says 8kt at Slipper, and 30 at Mercury. Vela Via are on the move again. Have left Port Charles, but could be motoring? Battleship 100
Tracker has a bit of a hiccup by the looks, I say most are catching up on much needed sleep but it should be updated once they get in.
