Seems they all forecast the absolute worst and the when it doesn't eventuate they are in the clear whereas if their forecast is even marginally under what happens they get well and truly caned by the media. Perhaps you should also campaign for the media to lay off the forecasters who are,afterall only human. You get what you pay for with a/f. Micron 66 is more expensive up front but a lot cheaper overall because it lasts much longer than,say, Warpaint which we've used in the past. But get it sprayed. Much better finish than roller / brush !

I'm missing something here. You pay for a berth and with it goes a carpark. I would have thought that's the end of it. You park your boat while you go work ? You park your car because that's what you pay for ? The exclusive use of a marina berth and ditto for carpark. Don't have that problem in the Waikato. Don't see the difference between parking to go sailing and parking to go to work. Surely working to pay for the rent is marina related ?
