Deep Purple 514
The buyer is still deciding but thinking of cruising over summer, a refit in Autumn up north, and then off to the islands. So short term yes but long term no
Timberwolfy 62
awww Puff, I will miss that beautiful girl. I put a kite up solo for the first time!! gybed it pretty successfully once, and fully unsuccessfully the second time, with a pretty bad drop, too. doesn't matter because nothing broke and I kept it out of the drink. also did my longest solo sail: met the cruising racers up in Fowlhouse Bay in Rakino Saturday night. I am stiff and sore and covered in bruises... a good weekend!
philstar 61
Always good when you're covered in bruises on a monday morning. Lovely weekend at Tiri with 5 kids for my son's 9th birthday. One child got seasick on the way out and on the way home. But perked up after throwing up. Al in all Tiri in a light noreasterly is a great place to wear out 9 year olds. Now finding out which bits I missed with sunscreen.
John B 106
Thats big news about SD! What a weapon she'll be offshore. Maybe she could cruise to Christmas island and make a visit to her big sister.
DrWatson 381
Not really a marine achievement, but I recruited new crew. Well, recruited is a bit incorrect. I had a kid.
