From tiri to kawau was like the southern motorway on a Sunday afternoon 😅

Did it 3 days for us and cost 1doz well worth talking to those guys working the farms, not all farms hold decent fish. Only boat from Coro town.Brilliant.
bigal.nz 61
Finally got around to mucking about with signalk (using CerboGX as a gateway) - pretty neat what you can do: Plus its all available on my phone thanks to tailscale: I have really only just touched the surface of what this can do. Pretty much monitor the whole boat from your phone. Quite handy if you away from boat.
Psyche 795
I installed a $15 Ali express 2 channel RF remote for the windlass as a back up because the foot switches have failed twice.

Priscilla II 450
Nervous moments on the router table reducing the Navy Whaler oars by 300mm in length and shaping the new handles. They are nesting nicely now and the new mainsail just arrived all 7.8 sqm of it.
waikiore 477
Superb real upcycling, I turned some of my Navy Whaler oars into Nutshell spars (bought at the auction on Torpedo Bay wharf many moons ago)

I’ve got the same for back door of my boat, game changer, no longer need to climb over side and open up plus when away cruising if we are leaving the boat for a few hours I take the remote in a ziplock bag in the dinghy and can shut off the inviting sight of my storage garage 1

Is it tricky to wire in? - does the sender have to be wired to the winch itself or can it be attached to a switch?

Really easy, It came with clear instructions. You just need a 12v source and then I ran an extra set of wires from the up/down momentary switch I'd installed previously
